Senior UX Designer + Strategist

Hi! I'm Kim—Texas transplant turned Washington, D.C. enthusiast. While my current focus is on UX and content strategy, my background is rooted in interior and graphic design. Monday-Friday you can find me creating user-centric designs and strategies at ISL. Over the years I've been lucky enough to work with clients like Kroger, Jiffy Lube, Capital One, International Rescue Committee, and more. I take great pride in my ability to uncover insights that drive user-centric strategies, and nerd out on consumer trends and usability testing tools on a regular basis.

Outside the office I'm either asking a stranger to pet their dog or planning my next trip (currently: Norway!). Traveling provides me with invaluable fulfillment, inspiration, and perspective, which makes visiting new places a constant priority. My favorite places in the world include Cinque Terre, London, Peru, Nashville, and most recently Southern California.
