Design a centralized editorial content hub that will empower Capital One customers to achieve their short and long-term money goals.
THE PROCESS
From start to finish, the process was extremely collaborative. We worked directly with our clients to brainstorm ideas, refine our strategy, produce wireframes, and finalize visual design.
THE OUTCOME
The Capital One Learn & Grow site launched in late 2018.
SKILLS USED
The Learn & Grow user experience strategy stemmed from a series of research methods including a comparative analysis, journey mapping exercise, and open and closed card sorting.
