The Goal
Highlight #LittleWins every parent can relate to in an effort to drive engagement and coupon downloads.
The Process
Little Remedies' social media comments were scoured for insight into which grown-up activities and parenting victories mattered most to fans. Those findings informed the strategy behind the #LittleWins content, videos, and web experience.
The Outcome
#LittleWins video content yielded upwards of 880K views, and attracted over 1K sweepstakes entries. Due to strategic audience planning and tailored messaging, the #LittleWins CPR was significantly lower than always-on content.
Skills Used
The #LittleWins team was lean, allowing me to wear many hats. My responsibilities included branding, content strategy, script writing, UI copywriting, CMS management, and wireframing support.
