THE GOAL
Optimize Jiffy Lube’s digital presence across various web properties in an effort to create a more consistent, conversion-based user experience.
THE PROCESS
Agile design and development sprints began after a comprehensive research phase which included a heuristic evaluation, comparative analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
SKILLS USED
In addition to conducting ongoing user research in the form of card sorting, tree testing, and usertesting.com, I was responsible for updating the global navigation for jiffylube.com and supporting the redesign of 12 different pages.
